WTT Live sand for frags...

I have about 5, 5gal buckets full of fine-grain live sand. Two of them contain very nice pieces of shelf rock (height of the buckets), however it's lace rock. I've heard mixed reviews about using lace rock. Would be great for fish only I believe. GREAT pieces of rock. The sand isn't chock full of "stuff" it was used in a guys sump-based sand beds. Just way more than I need! Pest free!! He had it in there with live rock for years and NO aiptasia or bristles to hitchhike.

I will take simple frags for trade. I'm basically giving it away for free. Also, if you're a newbie (like me) and don't have anything to trade no worries. Just come get some!

OH, the buckets need to stay with me since I just bought them all recently...so bring some buckets or a rubbermaid. PM me for location and to set up time to pick up!

OH...and I edited the original post. This stuff is/was pest free (95% sure, no guarantees with live stuff)!!

Surprised no interest. I was always trying to find cheap or free sand a couple months ago. Timing everything...it all goes bye-bye around tomorrow afternoon/evening. Hate to waste it.

Had to laugh, I guess I was a very excited noob when I very first started. I would've driven anywhere in the metro area!! I can understand though, much of it is timing. Nobody needs some at the moment it appears, so out it goes. Thanks for the comments...that's what we're all here for though right!?!

Cool...I love frags I think I have 6 buckets, but ill reserve one bucket for space out of fairness since he inquired first. Im sure you have buckets or a tub right?

Im at work til late today. Should be available tomorrow. For sure friday. One bucket is easily 50lbs so you should be good. Im near east Thornton so should be easy to arrange.
