Anyone looking for one of these cute boogers? I got one that I'm pulling out of the 180.

$5 pickup in aurora. I would advise caution if you have acros or branching sps basically. Caps and encrustings he doesn't bother but branching he feels the need to nest and **** off every one, everywhere.

I hear both sides to the story an reef2reef even had an article on them about how benifitial they are to acros and such but I've had the same outcome as well. One of my millies was doing great with tenticles swaying everywhere until I put the goby in and it started dying and almost dead but the tips. And every other coral he sits on you can tell it's not a healthy part. Now he is sitting on my other Millie frag and guess what? It's dead. Maybe it's my experience but I will never put another one in my tank again. I don't know how to catch him so I'm letting him just live while I watch my next Millie get smothered and wither away. I don't have a massive colony of Millie's and acros and I think that might be the case bc they can move around and sit in different places often to allow the previous spots to breath. But again it's just my experience but I don't like him much

I caught mine in a 180. He would perch and nip at everything. Nothing he sat on or near had polyps and when they did. He swam over and nipped it. Luckily he liked my frag rack at the top of the tank. Got a big net and when he sat amongst the frags I just scooped up the rack and all. Since gone my sps all have polyp extension. If it was beneficial in anyway I would keep him. But from the two weeks he was in, I saw nothing but destruction and death among my sps. He's super cool, never timid and very active.
