I'd think you should shoot for something like 40. They'll have plenty of space to grow, and space to move around and swim away from any bullies that might develop. In that 180, I'd honestly think you could go higher. My concern might be the 2 existing clowns, they'll likely be larger then the harem, they've already established a territory, and might just start out as "instant" bullies.

If they pair up and start to want to lay eggs, they can get mean. It might be fine, but be careful and have a plan to re-home the clowns if all of a sudden they go crazy on the other ones.

Haha - sorry, was a joke from earlier. Mural did the math and got 36, I did the math and got 45. I liked my answer better.

Front doors are on. Jodi cleaned up the cords today. We found a container that makes a suitable ATO. Think it’s about 9 gallons. Clown party starts tomorrow! Got a shipment coming to school.

Have 6 nems in the tank now. 3 rainbows that Jodi keeps bringing in! 1 RBTA and 2 Sherman’s one of which walked up into the power head today. I think it’ll be okay but it might take a while to get there.
