I understand the full glass lid to contain the little escape artists, but with no venting does it hinder your oxygen/aeration of the tank?

In the clownfish harem there will only be 1 female, the rest are males. It’s probably somehow the “weakest” one through the eyes of the other clowns. They are Mocha Storm Gladiators if I remember correctly. All from the same clutch since they were born. But, nature wins in the long haul I suppose!
