MP40 Settings

I'm setting up my 65 and getting an mp40 to work with the display tank. Current settings:

What do you all advise for mixed reef? Thanks!

I’d find a level that doesn’t stir up the sand too much. Then have it ramp up and down and change modes every 6 hours or so… just as random as possible.

The sand will calm down once it gets some bacteria and other microscopic stuff on it. You can turn the flow back up then.
