I'm looking to sell or trade my two tangs. Either $40 for both or a trade for something in the wrasse family.
They're very healthy and happy fish and do not show any signs nor have they ever shown signs of ich. I've had them about 4 months in my 150XH (4') tank and I think it's time for them to go into a larger aquarium with at least 6' of room. Originally purchased from Aquatic Art.
At this point they're fed twice daily a mixture of PE Mysis and Reef Frenzy. Once per day they get a 1/4 sheet of nori which they devour like they've never been fed. The remaining nori bag goes along with them since I'll not have any herbivores left.
They're big, fat, and happy, and good eaters. The only reason I am getting rid of them is they're getting larger and starting to show some aggression in my tank. They do not have any cuts/nicks/fin-nips but occasionally chase others and chase each other. Before something bad happens, I would prefer to find them a new and larger home.
I'm willing to trade for wrasses, female squareback Anthias, or some SPS.
I can easily catch them while they're munching on their nori sheet. If they prove troublesome I can easily use the drain method with my big garbage cans and buckets.
