Any ideas on how to get a fish out of the overflow?

My cleaner wrasse is in my overflow.

Pull one if the stand pipes out! Make sure to have a bucket under ready to catch it!

yep pull the pipe or drain it with a hose. Then scoop em out.

I lost my 6 line Wrasse in there too. I bought a small net just for that purpose. Glad you caught him without issue.
