Apex jebao cables

So I'm making a cable to control my wp40s via my apex. I bought enough supplies to do a few more. So if you're interested let me know. I can do a single for $20 or double for $35. Double goes into one vdm port and can control two pumps.

Disclaimer I'm not responsible for anything. Ill test them with a volt meter to make sure they are good to go before hand.

So where would the VDM cable plug into the Jebao? Into that normal connector? Do you know if the apex can invoke or switch the already programed features of the Jebao controller, or do you need to create new profiles (or use existing) for the Jebao?

You won't be using the jebao controller. All you need is the power adapter. It connects directly to the wp40 cable. You will have to create your own profiles within the apex

What size resistors are you using for the voltage divider circuit in these? Ive done some calculations and the ideal resistor for the voltage divider is 1k ohm, 1/4 watt.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life, and you can PROVE it mathematically.

Never hurts to test things, let me know what your results are as I would like to see how accurate my calculation is. You should get roughly 93% max intensity (or 4.65V) with the 2.7k but you will get 98% max intensity (or 4.9V) with the 1k. This is due to the 20k ohm resistance of the control pin that acts in parallell to the lower resistor once connected. You could get even higher by using the resistors that measure a tad higher than 1k on the bottom and the ones that measure a tad lower than 1k on the top.

Make one whatever lengths you normally do. The other one use 6 ft of cat 5 and whatever lengths you normally use for the power supply and ip68 cable.
