Thanks just hope it comes out ok. Think I messed up in few ways but get it's the first batch so hopefully I figured out a few ways to improve on my process.

I brew and stopped doing bottles after my second batch. It was so time consuming and a total PITA! I love having the ease of using a 5 gallon pony keg with co2 attached. Just my 2 cents.

How long does it last in a keg.

You still do your normal fermentation process in whatever you are using, then pour it into the keg, turn on the co2 and give it a few days. It's basically whatever time it takes for the co2 to get absorbed into the liquid. It will vary depending on your specific gravity.

I read about it but how long does the beer stay good and from what I saw it need to be refrigerated constantly correct
