In Brighton bomgars has some really heavy duty ones that's what I'm using on my tanks

Only precaution is you have to watch the thickness of the outside threads. Some bulkheads have a thicker outside thread, so even though the inside dia is what you want the outside might be thicker so it won't fit in the hole

Looks like you need them quickly but I just ordered some 1" bulkheads from aqua cave for 4.95 a piece. The cheapest I have found online or in store and with only 4.95 shipping as well. First time using aqua cave so not sure about them but they were shipped out same day so hopefully will get them soon.
