chaeto only tank..how would you

So I was thinking I have this 40g tank that wont sell for what I want and Im not giving it away. I figure its not a good frag tank and I have a 61 fish only tank already. So I figure might as well see what chaeto I can grow.

How would you set it up? filters and lights? Live rock or just live sand? Fish no fish?

I was thinking just sand and simple lights since I have cheap lights in my fuge and it is growing chaeto like mad.

Let me know what you guys think.

im not ready for the gsp buti m sure it wil be around when i am ....appreciate the offer but give it to those that need it now ..

Ok well see I have never fragged anything...so ill give it a try and see what I come up with i got it from boogie on some live rock I bought in my 15nano build thread there is some pictures of it opened up.
