Clean-up Crew

I'm looking to add some clean up members to my 55 gallon reef tank and was hoping for some advice in this area. My biggest issue up to this point has been brown algae on the glass. My tank has been running for 10 months. I had some snails, hermit crabs, and conches in the tank before but most have died off.

Depending on where you are go by either Aqua Mart, or Aquatic Art. They both have a fantastic selection of clean up crew and will get you hooked up. If you're farther north, Westminster or Broomfield area, you can also go to Elite. Good selection and prices too.

If you're looking for glass cleaners - Astreas, Turbos, Trochus are all good choices IMO

nassarius snails do an excellent job keeping the sand clean.

Ceriths are also great sand cleaners

Unfortunately I do not have a sand bottom, it's a crushed coral shell substrate. It has worked well so far though.
