Cleaner shrimp looks beat up...

Something has my shrimp beat up. Wiskers half gone and it hides all day now. The only new thing I have is a scopas tang. It's a small one but I thought they were invert safe. I am at this point blaming bristleworms LOL j/k. Any ideas?

I have:
Scopas tang
2 clowns
bangaii cardinal
royal gramma

1 mexican turbo snail
handful of hermit crabs

lol its not bristle worms, its a fish, or a disease.

I'm guessing it's the tang. I read tangs have a taste for scrimps

My scopas left them alone. I'm guessing the basslet.
