Just filled my frag tank up a few days ago and can't get the whitish cloudy water to go away. What do you recommend for this? I'm thinking about running carbon and chemipure?

It was a used frag tank with coraline buildup and I'm running it currently into a sump without any baffles or filter media.

Get a filter sock on the drain. You might need a few. Change them out daily until it clears up.

If I have any spare filter socks, RM719, I'll let you know. We'll figure out how to get them to you next time you're in the area.

if the sock doesn't help and it is calcium precipitate, then it should clear up after 2-3 days if your ph/temp/aeration is balanced and in the right range.
