Everyone around here is entitled to their opinion as well as their own methodology of doing things. We are not here to discredit anyone else’s way of doing things, only to present them to people who are asking for opinions We want to make sure everyone knows that ALL opinions and experiences are welcomed weather you have a degree, 2 degrees, no degrees, etc. It is NOT OK to disparage others for writing about their tank experiences. Please refrain from insulting others on the forum if you have an issue with someone or something please inform the BOD @ board@marinecolorado.org about the situation and We will resolve the issue.

Thank You and Happy Reefing.

I will 2nd that dvenson.

Further, it can be helpful when people are able provide additional reading materials such as links to articles and/or books to help explain methods/options as fully as possible. For instance, numerous helpful articles were posted in a recent discussion concerning chemistry fundementals. I imagine that most people feel the same.

+1 on all of this. If we learned anything form the Kalk thread, it's that there are a million ways to get something done. Wether you have a degree, or don't have a degree it's NOT OK to "preach" to somebody because of their lack there of. We all are hobbyists, and some of us our experts just because they've been doing what they're doing for a LONG time. Wicked Demon will do things differently than Miwoodar, or boogie, or myself but it doesn't mean that any of us are wrong. Please remember this because we don't want to have to take this any steps further.
