coral flat/ frag tank

I have been looking at getting a coral flat / frag tank. Where have all of you been getting yours? I have found glasscages.com that has them and truvu but there has to be more. I am looking at bigger then 2x2. I am liking the 3x3 or even 4x4.

This is for all the people that have frag tank. Sand bed or no sand bed? If yes why and if no why?
