I picked up some "Coral Vibrance" yesterday from Reef Koi and the package makes it sound promising. Anyone use it? I was wanting feedback to see if I should use it or not. Otherwise what food do you use on coral if any at all?

Gabe, it's zooplankton and I've used it here corals like it! It's along the lines of reef roids just make sure to stir it up good let it hydrate. Lps like it too it'll get some colors popping!

Great question, I've been trying to get some more growth out of my zoas and was wondering what people were using with success. I was advised and just started using phytochrom by bright well. Will be following this thread with interest.
Yeah reef roids & (mainly zooplankton like coral vibrance) says it's formulated for goni's and zoas. Shot it at other lps (acans, scolys, favia etc) and they open up too.
I feed my Acans 3-4X per week. I feed my Duncan,Paly's, and other critters other than my fish 1X per week. I feed them all the same mix but in different quantities. The mix is chopped krill, brine shrimp, reef chili and and the following by Reef Nutrition Oyster Feast, Roti Feast, Arcti Feast and Mysis Feast lol - It helps to win **** in a raffle but my Acans are growing rapidly and the rest of the tank is doing quite well. Even my Ric's are eating & multiplying. I also dose PhytoFest 2X every other week for my Hawaiin Fan and small inverts, pods etc. I think as long as you feed your prized LPS/SPS/Clams they will be happy! Before I got all this fridge food I just fed shredded krill and Reef Chili and they thrived! Good Luck! hopefully you knocked down the hellish Cyano
I use reef chili and reef roids every couple days to feed the coral. I also use Algae Barn's live phyto to keep my live zooplankton population alive and strong. I haven't used "coral vibrance" but like others have said I bet it is a very similar dried zooplankton food to reef roids/chili. There was a university that did a study that showed SPS growth increasing pretty substantially with the use of reefchili, but I can't find the link to it right now.

Thanks for the great reply. In the short time I've used it I've noticed brighter coloration in everything and moderate growth on my monti's. Everything else grows too slow to tell but I have been pleased with the results so far.
I use it once a week along with ROE from reef nutrition and a barrage of brightwell coral foods and also fauna marin coral foods, I think a big variety is good to get the corals exposed to as much variety as possible.
Here is a link to an article on Reefbuilders about the study I was talking about that sums it up pretty well: http://reefbuilders.com/2012/03/07/coral-farming-science/. There is also a link to the actual study if you want to read the whole report. It is very interesting but gets pretty science language heavy which was hard for me personally to fully grasp at times.
