Assuming you don't get the Yellow Fiji Leather elsewhere first, I ordered some fish from Live Aquaira and saw they had the Yellow Fiji Leather in stock. I ordered it. The last one I had grew like a weed so I'm sure I'll be able frag it in a few months, and will trade for something. I'll reach out to when it's fragable.

I think you have 2/3 of my list, The bounce is towards the bottom though since I may still have one, was on a plug and than floated away a few weeks ago and was tiny to start, hard to say if it is still in the frag tank somewhere
