Fin flicking / twitching in Rabbitfish

I have a small aquacultured gold-lined rabbit who flicks his dorsal and pelvic fins out constantly. It doesn't seem to be in response to other fish or any stimuli I can notice. Eats fine. Anyone noticed this before? I read it could be a sign of flukes, but seems unlikely he'd have flukes.

I have another rabbitfish who doesn't do this at all, so seems pretty odd to me. It's definitely not the normal fin extending behavior they do when another fish is harassing them. Trying to attach a video but can't seem to figure out how to post a video... if anyone advice let me know.

Keep feeding it well and it should be OK. I had the same fish from ORA/Biota and it was a weird fish. It never really wanted to eat algae since it probably never saw any in it's whole life - it eventually got with the program. It also did not know how to act around other/different fish for a while - like that only-kid that you knew growing up who had no idea how to play with the other kids.

It eventually was cool, but it had to learn.

Ya, my fiji foxface is always raising/lowering his spines on an almost constant basis. Has for many years. I've had him since he was only slightly bigger then my clowns, but he not super fat and the largest fish in the tank. Possibly something male rabbitfish do, or could be just in his nature I guess
