Leaks for the bionic have been hitting the webz for a couple weeks. I like it so far. I installed the first leak right away. Probably wont update again until the official OTA hits since the udpates are minor.

Ok...I'll admit it. I have no idea what you guys are talking about, lol.

What's this new thing that I'm apparently missing out on with my Bionic?

I got ICS on my Xoom a few months ago, it didn't look very different from Honeycomb. I do notice the speed though. Maybe when Jelly Bean comes to the Xoom it'll be something cool. Bummed that 4.1 will be the end for flash, since most websites still use it.

I've been browsing the settings, looks like the face unlock and nfc are enabled now

jahmic, unless you're rooted I wouldn't mess with updating the bionic until the official release comes out. The initial leaks contain bugs and unless you are rooted it can be difficult to revert back if there is a bug that hinders what you do with your phone.

Just learned of a must have app for smart phones called sim lock. Basically is app that will brick the phone making it unusable if the sim card is removed.

Would of come in handy today when my wifes phone stolen grrrrr

I found out about a cache issue after the update. You have to clear it manually after the update (recovery mode-> clear cache-> reboot phone). Tapatalk loads crazy quick now, seems like my whole phone is a tad quicker actually.

I got Jelly Bean on the Nexus a few weeks ago. its pretty fast, especially the camera.
Not too pleased with the voice dial though, it has yet to get the name right.
the Google now is pretty good, fast too
