Flatworms and carbon question

Okay so I treated my tank with Flatworm exit. They recommend 1 pound of carbon to be used to detox the tank from the worms dying. Can I just rinse the carbon out and use it again for the second dose? or do I need fresh carbon. BTW worked well without any problems, just did a 15% water change about 3 hours after putting the X in the tank.

not sure if the carbon would still be good or not but rinsing it wont help anything ..probably best just getting new stuff in this case since it is important for it to work

New carbon for sure! Personally I would do more like a 30% water change. Be careful on round two and three with the FWE. I didn't have any issues either when I did it, but the second time at just half the first dose all my snails and inverts kicked the bucket and (I think) triggered what ended in me losing more than half my corals and two fish.
