I might be the only one here who didn't have one of these, BUT... with the Black Friday sales online, I ordered one and it came in today.

All I can say is... WOW!!!!!!! This thing is awesome. I totally wasted money on my magfloat and a scraper. If you don't have one of these, get one!

They upgraded the magnet strength with the latest generation and I like it even better than before

Yea it's pretty strong! I was able to move the inside around when the outside was like 4" away from the glass... This was my first failed attempt at flipping but I was impressed with its strength

I purchased mine from the first run. It works pretty well overall, but the magnet was noticeably weak on 1/2" acrylic. A few months ago I found a heavy aquarium magnet laying around and decided to use that on the outside of the tank instead of the one it came with. HUGE difference.

My only gripe is the acrylic safe blades don't last long at all..they wear down to the point of being useless after a few months. I've resorted to just using a dobie pad over the cleaning side of the flipper instead.

Just upgrade you magnet on the outside to neodymium with some felt over the top to prevent scratching.
