Yes must be present to win. Raffles at 1pm and 4pm, grand prize at 4pm. We consolidated it into two drawings to make timing easier. Also there will be coral flash auctions all day!
Ya pretty sure you have to be present to win. Macna was the only raffle I have seen recently that you didnt need to be present to win, but all club events generally require your presence or it goes to the next person.
You must be present or have someone of trust watch your tickets in your absence. The logistics would be too involved to handle the raffle any other way.
