Never seen one. They have a mixed reputation though. Wrong orders, build quality questionable. That said, never seen one, nor do I have any 1st hand experience with customer service.

I thought I have heard some grumbling about them but I figured I would ask they have great prices.

+1. I thought about ordering for one of their Denver deliveries a while back, but decided it wasn't worth the risk because they seemed to have a mixed reputation. They also had a low BBB rating when I checked. I do see they have a BBB rating of "F" now, but not sure if that is reliable because it is only based on 3 complaints...

I also found that some of the LFSs could quote really good prices on Deep Sea Aquatics aquariums, but obviously freight a little more $$ than Glasscages. Aquamart had the best DSA pricing when I checked.

No experience with glass cages but my 225 is a Deep Sea Aquatics. Build quality is fantastic, DSA is actually a break off from the old Oceanic tanks, few employees from that company started DSA. DSA is also where we (Premier) get all our tanks.

I just checked out DSA but I did not see a rimless option

I had a custom Glass cages 120 and it seemed ok until I got the tank I have now and saw the difference in build qaulity. The glass cages I had was made kind of slopy with silicone just globbed all over the inside, granted you wouldn't see it when filled but still. They also did a horrible job of gluing the acrylic overflow cover/grate onto the glass. It started peeling off with in the first year of having it. Also mine had allot of bubbles in the seams that worried me a little bit. None the less when I had my current tank made I went to them for a quote and they did have the best price. however they also had rude and shoty customer service and the lady I spoke with didn't seem to know anything. I ended spending about $350-$400 more in shipping cost and went with Miracles in Canada and couldn't be happier that I did. Miracles hands down had the best customer service I have seen anywhere inside and outside the hobby.

On a side note if I were to do it over again I would also look into Reef Savvy. By far the best looking tanks I have seen. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Miracles again either.

See all the voids and bubbles where the side and front pieces of glass were bonded with silicone. This is what worried me the most about the Glass Cages tank I had. Probably fine though the person that bought it from me never had any issues that I am aware of, at least they never told me if they did.

Also notice the separation of the acrylic from the glass on the overflow. For the most part the only thing that was keeping it on was the bulkhead in the middle.

I had a just fine experience with glass cages. Communication, delivery etc. They are on the cheaper side so dont expect a Mona Lisa of tanks but mine was well built and never had any issues with it for 2 years. I gave the tank to me brother and he has no issues with it either. The silicon was a little sloppy but after sand and water it wasnt noticable.
