Help my copperband!

#1
I recently bought a copperband butterfly fish for my aptasia problem but for some reason she hasn't touched my aptasia or hasn't ate anything for 2 days!

+1 on the garlic. I was just about to suggest that when I saw that flyfish already had.

I got mine to eat by putting a hand full of calerpa full of pods (from my refuge) into the tank with it, then introduced garlic soaked Mysis shrimp. He is now eating from the water column and the top of the water. A few have gotten them to eat fresh clams just opened up and put on the bottom of the tank. I haven't had any luck finding them but I have been told Live Black worms work very well... rumor mill says they cant refuse them. Good luck!

Your reef will need to feed it until it gets going. They will eat mysis eventually. Do you have enough pods and other microfauna for 2 of them? Even the ones that eat aiptaisa take a while to get going... and then they won't work that hard to get any down in cracks, or in heavy flow, or if they just don't feel like it. ...and the aiptasia come back once you get rid of them. Some don't ever eat any.
