Check out this system, it's similar. It labels the different stages for you:

I bought all of my replacement cartridges from BRS last year and they work well. I don't know if we have any April Group buys going on through BRS?

This kit should work:

http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/brs-6-stage-universal-replacement-filter-kit.html

Doesn't have the RO membranes though, those are what are in those 2 canisters that run horizontal on top. Those should last a while, if you bought it used it might be a good idea to replace those as well.

I believe you have 2 RO membranes because one takes the waste water and re-filters it to double your output. (probably from 75gpd to 150gpd) Here are those membranes: http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/75-gpd-reverse-osmosis-membrane-dow-filmtec.html (you need 2)

This is the unit you have. The only difference is some one moved the booster pump and added to more stages and another TDS. Id recommend watching this video to understand the operation and features.

You cant use the BRS digram as shown in the post above because AquaFx works in reverse order.

The Aqua-Fx feeds from the right to left (NOT left to right). If it were me Id use the following cartriges starting from the right moving left.

Standard 1 micron sediment cartridge
http://spectrapure.com/FILTERS-MEMB...ES/1-Micron-Sediment-Filter-Cartridge-10-inch

1 micron ChlorPlus
http://spectrapure.com/1-Micron-ChlorPlus-Chloramine-Removal-Carbon-Block-Filter-10-inch

Standard .5 micron GAC block
http://spectrapure.com/FILTERS-MEMB...RIDGES/0.5-Micron-Carbon-Block-Filter-10-inch

Di resin for the last two stages a worker and a polisher. I like the high capacity.

For the mebranes I like the spectrapure 99% rejection membranes.

What you are referring to is called waste water staging, that unit may or may not be set up that way and its not always ideal. She needs to determine if the two RO membranes are plumbed in series or parallel. It dosnt matter which way they are configured it dosnt effect what kind of membrane you get they would still be the same. but you really only want to series stage when the source water is already on the lower end in TDS. if its between 300-350 or higher you still want to run them in parallel.

This is what I was referring to: http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/brs-150-gpd-water-saver-upgrade-kit.html

Having never seen Allyson's RODI system in person I was just trying to help her decipher the filters and their purpose. I defer to your plentiful expertise on the matter, I was just trying to be helpful.
