Just seen some very small worm like things on some live rock I just added to tank. Should I be concerned and if so, what step would you recommend

maybe bristle worm? some like myself like them as part of a healthy ecosystem within our aquariums. some do not like the appearance of them.

Pic brah. Also probably not. There are 100 million things that can crawl off of live rock and 98% of them are interesting and harmless. Things are still crawling out of my rock 1 year on that I never saw before. Pics would be great (even phone pics). Otherwise, try googling "live rock hitchhikers" and see if your bugger comes up there. Most common that I can think of are sphagetti worms (long strings) or bristleworms (spikey) and both are fine. Bristleworms can give you a little sting so dont touch them, but they are a normal part of the cleanup crew IMO.

Yeah it's up to you if u want to keep them. I don't care for them so I bought a worm trap and have tried to just keep them at a minimum that's about all u can do.

arrow crab will also eat worms, but all the different worms are really very good for your system.
