Hooking up a RO

Hot water in your RO unit will burn through your membrane pretty quick I think. Others may know better but I seem to remember that you only want to hook to cold water

Put a spliter on the washing machine line if you have one. Thats what I do for mine, although I dont have pex, I just use a 2-way splinter that you commonly find in the garden section with the hoses.

my house is ran with all pex also, don't know if yours has a manifold similar to mines but if it is this is how I hooked mines up.

Just in case someone reads this looking for tips/info, only run your RO unit off cold water. Hot water does damage the membrane.
