I have 2 finfex 12'' led lights 9'' from the sandbed what could i grow ?

I am new to saltwater so any help appreciated

tank specs are 4 gallon cube with 5 gallon fugie has fether marco algae and mangroves in the fugie

current lice stock is 1 sexxy shrimp . a small bunch of xenia and a duncan coral

With that size tank and the lighting, you are limited to just lps and softies. You should be fine adding all the zoas you want.

The second light you posted is actually less powerful than the one you have in there now. Do you have 2 of those over your tank or 1 for the tank and 1 for the fuge?

you will get some nasty algae growth with those lights. Of course you could go with a macro algae tank and it would be pretty awesome!

the duncan coral i have is doing well even sprouting new heads . would the light not do well with soft corals ad zoas ?
lights are 8'' from the sand bed

It should work. but you won't be able to maximize on the colors of the coral with just white lights. A lot of corals will just turn brown under just white lights. they need a lot more blue spectrum. I recommend something like the maxspect razor nano with a lot of blue in it.
