How close is it to the ocean? Last I checked, foreigners could not buy within 8 miles of the beach. My parents have been looking a lot for places so they had somewhere to stay when diving. Nice looking lot though.

Here is how the Mexican government got around that. Mexican bank will buy it for me they hold the trust and I am beneficiary should the bank go bankrupt.

I get the lot it is about 2000 sqmeters about 8000 square feet but where this lot is I could only have one other house near me. The one to the west. South side of the lot backs to a cliff which over looks the aryo. then steep hill to the east toward the sea of cortez and to the north. Whats nice is it is about 500 yards from my friends place and he has looked at it for me and said I should buy!

It is nice and high in case of flood or tsunami and tropical storms

My friend wants me to go now. He was saying that the kite boarders all camp on the beach it's like a winter long camp ground in the Arroyos. All you need is a plane ticket
