Interested in Mangroves... Thoughts & suggestions?

Wondering what peoples experience with them is, and if any LFS has them on-hand (perhaps without special order).

I've done a little reading and since I have some free space in my refugium I'm thinking of trying about 3-4 stalks (Dont think its enough for my ~35 gal system, but its unused space so it cant hurt, right?).

If you have input, or know where to find, what do you say?

Catfish charlies has nice mangroves.

Wicked Demon had a nice mangrove setup complete with remote fug. If he ever signs on again, hopefully he chimes in on the details.

I have 8 growing in my fuge on the 180 there cool just spray w ro water everynow and again and call it dirty!

We have a mangrove setup at Aquamart and plenty of them available for purchase.

I have a few growing in my sump. Stuck them in the nasty sand and am lighting them with a 5000k led from lowes. They started slow but after a few months they started to take off. I may need to transport them outside the stand because they are so big now.

I had them for a while, and am thinking about getting them again. I liked them a lot, and they were easy growers. I got nice ones that were already leafed out (not just sticks) on ebay from a guy in FL for about $1 each plus a little bit for shipping. If you decide to go that route, let me know and maybe we can order enough for both of us and save on shipping costs.
