If I have the nudi's, I am going to be sick. I have spent a fortune on the zoas, and most of them are growing on the rock, and will not be easy to remove for dips.
If you have a bunch of polyps on each colony then I would think it would be easier to frag a few polyps of each and quarantine them into another tank to be your starter colonies (ie just in case). After that then start taking mor drastic measures against what is left in your DT.
