LED group buy bust

I have seen a few comments about the last group buy on LEDs and how people have had issues with their lights. Well I have 3 LEDs that do not work. What have you done to correct the issue? Returns? Fixed? I want help I bought them for my dad and now his lighting is worse than ever, plus spent a good amount. Help!

Were these a Evo group buy? if so Reefkoi has a 1year warrenty on them. I only had one issue with one of the six evos I bought and he fixed it no questions asked.

I dont think these are evos, they did a group buy on some chinese dimmable and programable ones and had problems.

you would need to contact the vendor and let them know. They usually ask for pictures or a video so just be ready with that. The contact info is on the original pricing sheet I sent you.

I emailed the vendor and CC'd you. Feel free to reply to the vendor. You have a three year warranty so if it's drivers they will send drivers, if it's the controller they send replacements. Really no matter what. They will replace the whole lamp if needed.

My LCD screen went out a few weeks ago. I didn't want to deal with the back and forth and waiting so I decided to crack mine open and try to get it fixed myself. My thread is under general, lighting and equip. My lights wee 120 watt non dimmable.

All three of mine the drivers went out, the clocks never worked right, and I dealt with the company for awhile to get them fixed. Takes forever to get anything accomplished. By the time they sent me new drivers all of my SPS had died. I sold them for cheap, so I never have to deal with them again. Ended up getting AI sols later on, which are 10x better and the price i paid for the AI's and the chinese LED's I could of had Radions. Lesson learned: Do it right the first time. I will never buy anything from China again in this hobby.
