LED/other lighting question and WTB

Looking for suggestions for lighting a 25g tank with a few zoas and a RBTA and a spawning pair of Oc. Clowns.
Would like to go LEDs but what would a good wattage be for this tank. 24"L x 17.5"H x 13.5"W

Also, looking to buy if anyone has something...

Ended up just throwing on an extra 250w MH over it for now.
