Light is having issues

I have a sun pod 36" light. Two metal halides at 150 w each. One of the bulbs is flashing on and off ... Anybody know why?

Light is having issues

I don't know much about halides, but it sounds like the bulb is either going out after being ignited, or the ballast is trying to ignite it again and again. Your cheapest bet is to swap bulbs and see if the problem follows the bulb or stays with the socket.

Mogul or HQI? I have no idea what's going on but maybe someone else does
