Lights Options for a 20L

I'm starting up a 20L anemone tank, wanting to discuss what options people think would be good for lights. I'm going to be doing a rainbow anemone(s) with 2 clowns. Considered a 150w halide, Kessil 160we, and T5, however I have to keep it to under $150 for the lights to stay in budget for this setup. Thanks!

I have a 70 watt metal halide k2 jbj viper for about a hundred It needs a bulb the 20k in it is a year old I put the prime on my 15 gallon the ai prime is two twenty five new

A 2 bulb t5 would light that perfectly well, with a slight dropoff in light on each end. Or 2 Par38s from OCReef would be perfect, but you would have to hang them.
