Hi all, I finally got the chance to make a post about my adventures in Iowa. Sorry it took so long to do so I've been busy with various things. Well, I would like to start off thanking every one involved in the science fair and my trip to MACNA. It was good to see Juan and some other familiar faces at the event. I sent Juan a copy of the speakers video that they were selling, but it's for the general club. I don't think he can post it up on the web site, but maybe we can watch it at one of the meetings, or fragtober fest. For now I have a whole bunch of photos and to descriptions of the event. One thing to start with is it was big...REALY BIG!!! I knew it would be big, but not this BIG
. There were tones of vendors and some crazy new stuff. One of the cooler, but not new aquariums was the ORA zero edge tank full of fish and corals. There were some big skimmers and cool LEDs of coarse. They handed out new Marine Land LEDs at the 2nd banquet. They have 30 or so .06 watt blue leds, so they are more like accent bulbs, but still cool. It was crazy going to this school there that had 11,000 gallons of salt water aquariums including a clown breeding area and fragging tank. It made me drool and now makes me want to move to Iowa:wall:. I also got to see my sister who's going to Iowa State University; only 20 minutes away. One of the coolest things, and the highlight, was talking to Charlie Veron for a while. I also got to talk to David Hannan, Julian Sprung , and whole bunch of other BA people
. AND NOW FOR THE PART YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR... DRUM ROLL PLEASE... THE PICS![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
:wall:!!!!
