I picked my degree in college based on the likelihood it would land me a house on the beach. The dream was given up gradually over the years, but Mike revived it. I am absolutely the luckiest girl on the planet.

You shoulda seen the look on his face when we were down there on vacation, and I said to him, "Let's do this thing! Time to talk to a realtor."
