Have you tried calling Elite? I'm pretty certain that they are the manufacturers or owners or investors (could be very wrong here too) of SWC Skimmers, one would think they could help you out for sure!

Doing some digging on the size.

I think the Atman 2000 should fit. I was unable to find any lengths for the ceramic shaft so that would be a determining factor. I personally would suggest just picking up an atman 2500 or atman 3000 and just replace the whole pump. I have been using an atman 2500 on my nac 6 on my 104g and an atman 4000 on my nac 6 in my 120g. The 2500 has been running 2.5 years no problems at all and the 4000 for 3.5 years + how ever long the guy who had it before me had it.

also, atman pumps are one the easiest pump to get parts for.

did even more digging and that pump has been discontinued for the past 6 years. The only chance of finding an exact match is contacting SWC directly.

Well if you want to come up to Fort Collins I can pull apart my nac6 with the AT 2500 and we can see if the prop fits. Or its time to frankenskimmer it up. 2x atman 2000's would be pretty rad on that skimmer body if you feel like modding it. But a single atman 2500 or 3000 should do the trick.
