Need help with led's

I have a 12 Gallon nano cube with led's in hood. Some of them have stopped working. I am hoping to find anyone who might be able to assist me with this or maybe they know someone who can. I am willing to pay or have some really nice equipment /fish to trade. Either way I need the help. Thank you for any assistance you might be able to provide.

The tank is at my office at Santa Fe & the Hampton. I can bring the hood to any location.

Yah I have never seen LED strips like that. I will post the pics for you after I get out of this meeting at work and see if anyone else has seen anything like them
