Buying a house/getting engaged, needing to simplify move, get funds, etc.

Solid 6 inch Pea**** Mantis Shrimp. Interactive and active. Hardy and fun to feed. (Just about any variety of frozen "human" seafood, krill, whatever. $70

His tank is available w/ him. 40g Breeder w/ 20-40? lbs of LR, PVC burrow, 1 inch of sand. 150? watt plastic heater (so he doesn't whack a interesting glass one), HOB filter I stuffed with GAC/phosban/LR. $120 w/ Mantis. (Edit Dropped)

Requires no lighting, in fact non intense coral lighting ideal. Over time his coloring will adjust based on his environment. Could conceivably go in a mid size FOWLR with fish that don't sleep low and don't love crustaceans (no puffers). Not advised but an idea since my tiny mantis lives peacefully in my display.

Man, Im getting a 29 gallon biocube and this guy would be awesome for it, but i really want to do a zoa garden, which would be probable with a mantis in there. Gotta think about this.

Elite had theirs with corals. Especially if you wait till he's settled and try adding carefully (not getting hit) I'd think he'd leave them alone. Especially if you are building rockwork up high and he's got his burrow low. I wouldnt try it with anything super pricy to start. But if you feed him heavy he gets pretty lazy about destroying things.

Also slight revision $70 him, $120 for complete setup.

I might be interested in getting him. Just gotta see what my paycheck is. Might not have the extra tho. I do already have my taxes filed and says will be to me by the 20th so I could have it then for sure if he's still available. Wouldn't mind putting him in something a little heavier duty tho. Just so he doesn't break the tank. I've heard of em breaking 65 and 75 gallon tanks. Let me see what I can figure out and I'll keep you posted
