Can someone tell me what these purple looking flower things are and if they are bad or not. It's my first time to try to attach pics so I hope this works.

Looks like sympodium

It depends on you if they are good or bad. They get a little invasive, but most corals can fend them off. Personally, I like the look of them.

Blue Anthelia.... we used to call it Patty's Plague... if covers all your rocks and back wall easily, but doesnt bother corals. Its hard to get rid of... I eradicated mine by having higher alk(12dkh) and around 1600 mag. Not sure if thats the cure or not, but its the only thing i noticed different when it started going away.
