Question about bleaching

I picked up this little gem today

And it has some bleaching what is your advise to getting it back to par?

I saw that thing at AA a couple weeks ago. That pink is insane bright, esp with the white. It's a shame its bleached and not really that way. Would be the most awesome colored brain ever.

It's already coloring up shut off the lights in half of my tank I'll probably run them for an hour every 4 hours
