Going to go sps crazy. That's a bummer considering it's 750.00 Those new controllable Chinese fixtures use the same led's as evolutions but I dont trust the cheap lights. Any opinions? I need coverage my budget is 700.00

I'd say no unless you want lower light. Mine is over a 36" 46 gal bow and at 100% I don't think it's enough for light hungry corals due to the height you need for the spread.

I have one over my anemone trough and 48 proably would not work! I have the Chinese LEDs over my 180 for about a yr now and all is fine! I'd go w evos if your on a budget! Or just pony up and get two radions! Gonzo ordered mine for see what he can do for you :)

IMO the chinese ones are great. All my corals have had great growth over the last month or so after they go adjusted to them

Ya I'm running 3 over the 180 for the last yr and all is good! But the Radion is for the anemones!
