Reef keeper temp probe rewiring?

Anybody know the wiring for a temp probe? The wires came out of the rj45 connector on my temp probe. Thanks!
Even a picture of a working one would be great!

For some reason mine only has red/white and is an rj11. They made a switch with the new system.

Contacted digital aquatics and they gave me the wiring diagram but also said they'd send a replacement probe for free this week as the rj11 connectors are crimped shut and difficult to get wires back in.
