Reefkeeper lite MLC moon pods

I just added a MLC module with two pods to my tank. Well partially added! I have the jbj nano 28 gal and it has the enclosed canopy with leds. Does anyone have suggestions on where to mount these pods? Do I have to take the canopy off and unscrew the cover or does anyone have a suggestion? Here is a link to the pods if some of you haven't seen them!

You could probably use some double sided tape and just mount them onto the cover.

Thats what i did in my 12gal with the bigger 2 led pods that were not run by a controller. pulled the lens off and put them between the bulbs with double sided tape.

Cool should I mount them inside the cover so they don't get wet ? I am guessing they are splash proof ?? To get them in the cover is a lot of work but probably the best way to do this in the long run?? I will call digital aquatics monday and ask if they are "water proof"

If they are water proof you should be ok putting them just inside the canopy, if not I would put them under the lens
