I was informed by my sons school that the water supply in Greeley may be tainted with sewage. Can a brs 5 stage filter that out, and even if it can is it bad for the filters.

The RODI will not remove live bacteria from the water. You need to boil the water if there is no chlorine.

Bottled for us and rodi wasn't running and is off till I can call in the morning and see if the water is safe.
