Rose Tip Question

#1
I am new to the hobby and a question about my rose tip. When I first bought it things looked good. It was like the size of a closed fist and things were good. Lately though it has decreased in size. Occasionally it will get bigger but I don't know what has happened. I have two clown fish that are all over it all the time. Could that be a problem?

What kind of lighting do you have and can we get your tank parameters?

I have AI LEDs and everything in tank has been within proper parameters to my knowledge. I have the reef testing kit and saltwater testing kit. The only I don't test is like magnesium.

The clowns could be ****ing the anemone off too.
If the anemone is small and the clowns are fully grown, the clowns can
get a little rough for the anemone. Feed the anemone a couple times a week
to get it to grow a little more.

Bubble Tip

Temp: 79 degrees
PH- 7.8
SG: 1.023
Calcium: 440
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 15
Ammonia: 0

The clowns are a bit bigger, but not huge adn they do bug the crap out of it. What is something good to feed it? I have some frozen shrimp I could defrost a piece and feed him that. How often would one do that? I appreciate all the help.

I don't have an anemone, so can't answer the feeding question. What I can say though is you need to get your PH up. That needs to be around 8.1-8.3. That could be causing the issue you're seeing.

You might want to check your alkalinity with your pH that low.
I'd also check the magnesium because it's important to the stability of your alk and calcium.
If your mag is low it could be causing pH swings that the anemone won't like.

Also+1 on this.

As for feeding, I feed mine a whole shrimp shell and all once a week and when I had my carpet nem I would feed it twice week.
