As much as it pains me to do this, I've decided to throw out my colonies of zoas and start over with frags. Repeated (separate) dips with RPS All Out and Bayer, combined with (separate) extended exposure to each in a coral QT tank has proven to me that neither one kills the eggs. In my experience, Bayer is by far the better choice, being cheaper and just as effective as RPS. I also found that Bayer was easier to rinse off when used, leading to a less worrisome reintroduction of the coral into the tank. Despite using the same rinse process for RPS as was used for Bayer, when frags were reintroduced into the nano, we had inverts die within minutes on one occasion.
