Ok so with all my other tests going on I put a meter from the tank water to ground o the wall socket I got 3.341 avc.Can I just get a ground probe or figure out what pump replace it and get a probe?

3.3 volts is nothing. Do your own research on ground probes as there at . Two polar opposite opinions on them. I register 20- 40 volts when a pump or heater goes bad. This isn't enough to hurt you but will give you a small shock when you ground to the tank.

Ya I think your heaters and the pumps in the tank will all give off a slight charge to the tank and you likely will always see around 3-4 volts. A good test though is just to stick your hand in the water, if there is stray voltage you will likely feel it. Ground probe or grounding mat is always a good idea, and just a good safety thing to have in place on your tank.
